Prices exclude VAT. Licences for AI tools, hosting and other external services are paid separately. Specialised security audits and penetration tests are agreed separately.
Before the start we agree the tasks, the responsibilities and the monthly capacity. Work beyond the agreed scope is agreed in advance.

Questions we are often asked
Do our people need to be programmers?
Not everyone involved needs programming experience. What is needed is good knowledge of the processes, time to work on the project and a willingness to learn. How independent the team can be depends on the complexity of the app and the skills of the team.
Which AI tools do we work with?
We choose the tools according to the tasks, the data requirements and your existing environment. If you already use an AI development platform, we first assess whether it fits the project.
Can you take over an app that is already under way?
Yes. We start with a technical review, after which we propose a plan to stabilise it, develop it further or change the approach.
How is security managed?
We define the controls needed according to the app and the data it works with. They can include access rights, protection of keys, code checks and release procedures. If a specialised audit or penetration test is needed, we agree it separately.
Who owns the code and the accounts?
We set things up so that the company accounts, repositories and infrastructure are under the control of the client. Rights to the work and the terms of the external platforms used are set out in the contract.
