What AI implementation includes
You can start with one of the services or combine them. They all lead to one thing: AI that your team uses correctly every day.
- 01
Implementation plan and external AI director
We prepare a complete plan for introducing AI in your company and oversee its delivery as your external AI director. We own the direction while you keep your focus on the business.
- AI implementation plan
- Priorities, timelines and budget
- Coordinating teams and vendors
- Reports to management
- Measuring the results
You get: one person accountable for AI in your company, without hiring a full-time director.
- 02
Consulting by department and function
We look at the work of each department separately and find where AI saves time and reduces errors. Each team gets concrete applications for its own work, not general recommendations.
- Sales
- Customer service
- Finance and accounting
- Marketing
- Human resources
- Legal
- Management
You get: a map of AI opportunities by department and a plan of what to introduce first.
- 03
Team training on working with AI
Hands-on training where employees use AI on real tasks from their daily work. We train by department so everything can be applied right away.
- Exercises with real tasks
- Training by department
- Safe work with company data
- Support after the training
You get: a team that uses AI confidently and safely every day.
- 04
AI Act compliance
The EU Artificial Intelligence Act (AI Act) already requires companies to ensure sufficient AI literacy for the employees who work with AI systems. We help you put the use of AI in your company in order.
- An inventory of the AI systems you use
- Risk assessment by AI Act category
- Internal rules for using AI
- AI literacy training (Art. 4)
You get: a clear view of where you stand against the requirements and rules your team follows when using AI.
When a legal assessment is needed, we work together with your lawyers.
The problem is rarely the technology. It is usually the way it is introduced.
If you recognise any of these situations, you are not alone. That is why we start from the business, not from the technology.
- It starts from the tool, not from the process that needs to improve.
- The data is scattered across systems that do not talk to each other.
- The pilot works in the demo, but not in everyday work.
- AI is expected to fix a problem that is really in the process itself.
- The teams are not prepared and keep working the old way.
- After launch nobody owns the further development of the solution.
Sometimes the right first step is not AI but a clearer process, connected systems or the right software. We say so at the analysis stage.
“We want to bring in AI, but we do not know where to start, which processes to automate and how to connect it all with the systems we already use.”
If this sounds familiar, this service was made for you.Not just recommendations. Solutions that work.
- 01
Process analysis
We talk to management and to the people who do the work. We trace how tasks, information and decisions flow and where time is lost.
You get: a map of the key processes and a list of the opportunities for automation and AI.
- 02
AI strategy and priorities
We assess each opportunity by business impact, complexity, available data and the integrations needed. We decide where AI makes sense and where another solution is better.
You get: a prioritised plan: what comes first, what later and what is not worth doing.
- 03
Development and implementation
We build AI agents, assistants, automations or connected software for the specific process. We work in short stages and test with real data.
You get: a working solution, checked with real data and users.
- 04
Integration and adoption
We connect the solution with the systems you use: ERP, CRM, email, spreadsheets. We train the teams to work with it and support them through the first real use.
You get: a solution that is part of everyday work, and a team that knows how to use it.
From the first meeting to a working solution
- 01Process analysisWe understand how the company works, where time is lost and which activities have potential for automation.Your part meetings with management and the key people in the process.
- 02AI strategy and prioritiesWe decide where AI makes real sense, which data and integrations are needed and which solutions to build first.Your part choosing the priorities together with us.
- 03Development and implementationWe build AI agents, assistants, automations or connected software for the specific processes.Your part feedback and testing at each stage.
- 04Integration and adoptionWe connect the solutions with your existing systems, train the teams and support them in real use.Your part access to the systems and team time for training.
- 05Growth and optimisationWe track how the solutions perform and identify the next opportunities for improvement.Your part a regular review of the results.
A first working solution can be ready in 1–3 weeks when the scope is clearly limited. We plan larger implementations in stages and confirm the timeline after the analysis.
We start small, prove the effect and then scale.
The solution follows the process, not the other way round
AI implementation is the path. These are the technology solutions we build along it.
AI agents and assistants
They answer customers, handle enquiries and claims and support sales and service.
Learn moreAI automations and integrations
They connect your systems and turn repetitive tasks into processes that run in one step.
Learn moreOne-Click AI Systems
Connected systems, AI and automation that run the whole business process end to end.
Learn moreLaura AI
One business system with AI for companies that want to replace scattered ERP, CRM and other software.

The choice between them is made after the analysis. The best result often comes from a combination, for example an AI agent connected to your ERP and CRM.
For companies that want AI to work in their real processes
Managers and owners
You want to know where AI will bring a real result and what to start with, without investing in experiments with no direction.
Operations directors
You own processes where time is lost on manual work, re-entering data and chasing tasks.
IT and business teams
You need to connect new solutions to the systems you already use and roll them out so that people actually use them.
We most often work with companies of 50 to 300 people in manufacturing, distribution and services that have established processes and several separate systems.
A technology partner that implements
Advice is only the start. The goal is a solution people use every day.
- Analyses what the technology can do.Analyses the business processes.
- Prepares a general AI strategy.Defines concrete solutions and priorities.
- Recommends tools.Builds and integrates the technology.
- Hands over a report.Aims at a working product in use.
- Ends with recommendations. Can continue as a technology partnership.
When you want Mission Point to take a long-term role in developing your systems and automations, we continue as your digital transformation partner.
Questions about AI implementation
How is AI implementation different from AI agents and automations?
AI agents and automations are specific technology solutions. AI implementation is the path to them: we start from the process, set the priorities and choose the solution that makes sense for your company.
How much does AI implementation cost?
The price depends on the processes, the number of integrations and the scope of the solution. We start with a free assessment, after which you get a concrete proposal with scope, timeline and price.
How long does it take?
A limited first solution can be running in 1–3 weeks. Larger implementations that touch several processes and systems are planned in stages, and we confirm the timeline after the analysis.
Do we need to replace the systems we use?
Usually not. We connect the solutions to the systems you already use, such as ERP, CRM, email and spreadsheets. If a system limits the process, we will say so and suggest options.
How is company data protected?
At the strategy stage we agree which data the solution uses, who has access to it and where it is processed. We align the solution with your internal rules and with data protection requirements.
Is employee training included?
Yes. Adoption includes hands-on training for the people who will use the solution and support through its first real use.
What do we need to prepare?
It is enough to know which process you want to improve and to give us time with the people who run it. We agree access to the systems and sample data together.
What happens after implementation?
We track how the solution performs and identify the next improvements. If you want a long-term technology partner, we continue with support and development of your systems.
Where should your company start with AI?
