Find out where your business can work better with digitalisation and AI
Through questionnaires or meetings with department leads, we find where you lose time, what can be automated and where AI would bring real value.
You get a clear starting point: what can be improved, where technology can help and where to begin.

You know there is a better way to work. But where do you start?
Day to day, it is hard to find time to look at the whole picture. Teams are busy, tasks are done the established way, and small obstacles gradually turn into a constant loss of time and resources.
Do you recognise any of these situations?
- The same information is entered into several systems and spreadsheets.
- Requests, tasks and approvals move between emails, chats and phone calls.
- Employees spend hours on reports, documents and repetitive admin work.
- Handing work over between departments leads to delays and gaps.
- You have software, but many steps are still done by hand.
- Important information is available only to certain people.
- You want to use AI but are not sure where it is worth introducing.
The assessment helps you turn these obstacles into specific opportunities for change.
What do we look at?
Processes and day-to-day work
How the main activities are carried out, which steps repeat, where there is waiting and what takes disproportionately long.
Coordination between departments
How tasks and information are handed over, how clear responsibilities are and where gaps or duplicated work appear.
Systems and data
Which tools you use, how they exchange information and where they can be connected and existing data used better.
Automation opportunities
Which repetitive actions can be automated: handling requests, preparing documents, notifications, reports and follow-up tasks.
Practical use of AI
Where AI can support information processing, communication, analysis and task execution, with appropriate human oversight.
How does the assessment work?
- 1
We define the focus and the units involved
We discuss what you want to improve and which departments to involve. You do not need to know in advance what to automate or which technology you need.
- 2
We gather information from the people who know the work
We choose the right format for your organisation and what suits your team.
- 3
We analyse the overall picture
We look at the work in each unit as well as the links between departments. We identify opportunities to improve processes, connect systems, automate and introduce AI.
- 4
We present the findings and priorities
We summarise the obstacles found and the opportunities for improvement. We recommend first steps and point out which ideas need further clarification before implementation.
Structured questionnaire
Representatives of the different units describe their main activities, the systems they use and the obstacles in their daily work.
Meetings with department leads
In conversation we go through the processes, the specific problems and the needs of each team.
Where needed, we combine both approaches. We lead the process and ask the questions. Participants are not expected to have technical knowledge or ready solutions.
What do you get?
You receive a summary analysis with the identified opportunities by department and a recommended order of implementation. We discuss the conclusions with you to define the next steps.
A summary of the main obstacles
A clear picture of the problems identified from the participating units: manual work, delays, duplication and difficult information exchange.
Specific opportunities for improvement
Which activities can be organised better, which systems can be connected and where automation or AI would apply.
A view of how departments work together
Opportunities for better coordination, clearer hand-offs and easier tracking of work.
Recommended priorities
Where it makes sense to start, based on the potential benefit, complexity and dependencies that can be identified at this stage.
A basis for the next decision
What needs to be clarified to move from an improvement opportunity to a concrete project.
The assessment is based on the information provided. Technical feasibility, exact scope, budget and the expected effect of a specific solution are clarified in a later detailed review.
What opportunities can we find?
Every company has different processes and needs. Here are examples of the areas we can look at:
Sales
Handling enquiries, preparing quotes, updating the CRM and tracking next actions.
Customer service
Receiving and assigning requests, access to information and tracking complaints.
Administration and finance
Extracting data from documents, reducing re-entry and preparing reports.
Operations
Connecting the steps from receiving a request to fulfilment and notifying the client.
Human resources
Onboarding new employees, internal requests and access to procedures and company knowledge.
Management
Bringing information together, tracking KPIs and preparing management reports.
Who is the assessment for?
For owners, managing directors and managers who:
For the assessment to be useful, people who know the daily work in the selected units need to take part.
- See that manual work and coordination take up too many resources.
- Want to grow the business without every increase in volume requiring the same increase in admin work.
- Have different systems that do not work well enough together.
- Want to introduce AI with a specific business goal.
- Are looking for clear priorities before investing in new technology.
- Need a partner to help both with clarifying needs and with the implementation that follows.
Why Mission Point?
We understand the organisation behind the technology
We combine over 12 years of experience in organisational consulting with developing and implementing digital and AI solutions. We look at processes, responsibilities and how people work together to determine where technology can help.
We help you clarify your needs
We do not expect you to have all the answers. We prepare the questions, lead the assessment and turn the obstacles described into specific opportunities for improvement.
We think about the whole workflow
We look at how information and tasks flow through different departments and systems. This lets us find improvements that go unnoticed when each unit is looked at on its own.
We can also take on the implementation
In a follow-up project we can take on development, integrations and implementation, with communication and coordination throughout and ongoing support for the team.
Frequently asked questions
Is the assessment free?
Yes. The initial assessment within the scope agreed in advance is free and does not commit you to commissioning a project. If you decide to continue with a more detailed study or implementation, we prepare a separate proposal.
Do we need to involve all departments?
Not necessarily. Together we decide which units take part, based on the goals and scope of the assessment. We can start with a specific area and the departments linked to it.
How do we choose between a questionnaire and meetings?
It depends on the processes, the number of participants and what suits the team. The questionnaire allows structured information gathering, while meetings allow follow-up questions and clarifications. Where needed, we combine both formats.
How long does it take?
The timing depends on the number of units involved, the chosen format and how information is provided. We agree on it in advance, together with the involvement needed from your side.
Is the assessment suitable if we already use CRM, ERP or AI tools?
Yes. Your existing systems are part of the assessment. We look at how you use them, where manual steps remain and what can be improved through integrations, automation or additional features.
Do we need to give access to our systems?
The initial assessment needs no passwords or direct access. We start with a description of the processes and, if needed, examples without sensitive information.
Do you always recommend AI?
We recommend AI where it is a good fit. In other cases the better solution may be a process change, standard automation or connecting existing systems.
What does the free assessment not include?
It does not include a full audit of all processes, a technical review of systems, a detailed specification, development or implementation. If needed, these are agreed as a next stage.
Take the first step towards a more effective organisation
You do not need to know which technology you need. It is enough to want less manual work, better coordination and more time for the activities that grow the business.
